Parent-Toddler Yoga (Lotus Blossoms)

This class will focus on nurturing your toddler/preschooler’s development of gross motor skills and mindfulness using songs, stories, and games. Caretakers will provide support and guidance for their little yogi throughout the class. This is a fun, playful class where imagination and creative movement are encouraged!

For caregivers and children (2 years up to 5 years).

 

Mommy-Baby Yoga (Lotus Buds)

This class will allow mom a special place and time to nurture her own hatha yoga practice while bonding and interacting with her littlest yogi. No previous yoga experience for mom is necessary. While being mindful of the post-partum healing and changes that are occurring, moms will be introduced to basic asanas that you can do with your baby present – on the mat or in your arms. Portions of each class will focus on baby engagement exercises, using songs and rhymes to introduce age-appropriate sequences you can use anytime – on and off the mat!

For mothers and babies (6 weeks through 2 years).
